An antiqued mahogany writing table, the serpentine parquetry planked top inset with a central burnished leather writing surface, above two frieze drawers, on splayed lyre supports with a baluster turned central support, joined by wrought iron stretchers. Inspired by a 17th-century Portuguese original.
